Hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. All data is stored on servers in Switzerland. The hosting provider processes the data as a processor solely to provide the website.

Server log files

When you access the website, information is automatically stored in server log files that your browser transmits (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of request, IP address). This data serves to ensure trouble-free, secure operation and is not merged with other data sources.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use any tracking cookies for audience measurement, so a cookie banner is not required. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies.

Web analytics (Matomo)

To improve our offering we use Matomo, an open-source analytics software that we run on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. Matomo is configured so that no cookies are set, your IP address is anonymised and your browser's “Do Not Track” setting is respected. No data is passed on to third parties.

Maps (OpenStreetMap)

To show our location we embed a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. OpenStreetMap does not set advertising or tracking cookies. You can find more information in OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.

Online booking (OneDoc)

Online appointment booking is handled via the external platform OneDoc. When you book an appointment you are redirected to OneDoc's website; the data collected there is processed by OneDoc as an independent controller in accordance with its privacy policy. No booking and no related data collection takes place on our own website.

Contacting us

When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your details are stored to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored personal data, as well as the right to data portability and objection. To do so, contact the controller named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
