What we do
From acute care to performance diagnostics, we combine classic physiotherapy with modern sports medicine.
Every treatment starts with a thorough assessment. From there, we build an individual therapy plan bringing together manual techniques, active training and cutting-edge technology.
01
General & Sports Physiotherapy
Individual treatment of injuries, pain and overuse syndromes, whether you are a competitive athlete or simply active in daily life. We combine manual therapy, active rehabilitation and targeted exercise to relieve pain, restore mobility and guide you safely back to full activity.
Covered by KVG and UVG with a medical prescription.

02
Isokinetic & Functional Testing
Computer-assisted, objective measurement of muscle strength, mobility and imbalances. Isokinetic testing reveals asymmetries invisible to the eye: key data for injury prevention, rehabilitation planning or return-to-sport validation. The isokinetic tests are carried out on a Contrex (Physiomed) machine, among the most powerful and reliable on the market.
Isokinetic assessment: CHF 200 / 1h · Functional assessment: CHF 100 / 30 min · Combined: CHF 250 / 1h30
Also reimbursable with a medical prescription.

03
Available from November 2026
Hypoxic Chamber
Training under simulated altitude conditions to improve endurance, optimise oxygen use and speed up recovery. Ideal for altitude competition preparation, performance enhancement or metabolic support. The chamber can be used independently or with a coach.
Coached session (private): CHF 150 / 45 min · Self-guided session: CHF 50 / person (max. 3 people)

04
Running Analysis
Slow-motion video analysis of your running technique. We identify faulty loading patterns, detect imbalances and optimise your stride to prevent typical runner injuries and improve your long-term efficiency. For beginners and experienced runners alike.
Private rate: CHF 140 / 1h

05
Game Ready Med4Elite
Combined cold and compression therapy at the level used in professional sport. The Game Ready Med4Elite effectively reduces inflammation, swelling and pain after training, injury or surgery, and delivers measurable recovery acceleration.
Rate: CHF 50 / 30 min
Also reimbursable with a medical prescription.

06
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive technique that applies high-energy acoustic waves directly to the area being treated. It aims to stimulate the body’s natural tissue-repair processes, improve local circulation and reduce pain.
In physiotherapy it is used above all to treat certain tendinopathies and persistent musculoskeletal pain — notably Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, epicondylalgia (tennis elbow), patellar tendinopathy and gluteus medius tendinopathy.
Treatment is usually integrated into a comprehensive care plan combining therapeutic exercises, progressive strengthening and functional work — tailored to the condition and the patient’s goals.

07
Medical Training Therapy (MTT)
Medical Training Therapy (MTT) is an active, therapeutic form of exercise prescribed by your doctor as part of an illness or accident. Depending on your situation, it is fully covered by basic health insurance (KVG/LAMal) or by accident insurance.
A medical prescription for MTT usually covers a cycle of 36 sessions over a period of three months.
How does MTT work?
- Initial assessment — A physiotherapist assesses your abilities and designs a tailored exercise programme suited to your health and your goals.
- Guidance and independence — Once you have learned the exercises and movements together with your therapist, you gradually complete your programme independently on our high-end equipment.
- Regular monitoring — Your progress is checked regularly by your therapist so the programme can be continuously adapted to your progress and needs.
For which conditions?
MTT is particularly recommended for:
- rehabilitation after surgery or an accident
- treatment of chronic pain (back pain, osteoarthritis)
- general strength building and a safe return to physical activity
